Styopa Safaryan
Styopa Safaryan is a founder and head of research programmes at The Armenian Institute of International and Security Affairs (AISSA). He is a member of the Elders' Council in the Municipal Council of Yerevan and was a Member of the Armenian Parliament from 2007 to 2012.
